Job Description:

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst/Project Manager with strong expertise in serving as a Scrum Master.

• Proven track record in Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and AI implementation projects is required.

• This role involves bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving project success through effective project management methodologies and agile practices.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Scrum Master for cross-functional Agile teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and prioritize feature backlogs.

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions leveraging Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and AI technologies.

• Translate business requirements into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.

•Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to deployment, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope constraints.

• Drive stakeholder engagement and manage expectations through regular communication and status updates.

• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices, lessons learned, and feedback loops.

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. (Master's degree preferred)

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.

• Proven experience of 5 years minimum as a Business Analyst/Project Manager in IT/software development projects.

• Demonstrated expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and AI implementation projects.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience serving as a Scrum Master.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
