Role: Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Developer / Lead / Architect
Experience: 3 to 15 years
Location: London / Berlin / Rome / Zurich
Job Description:
• Provide input regarding Dynamics AX capabilities and functionality to our clients.
• Develop an understanding of our clients business needs to define systems requirements for Dynamics AX.
• Document business requirements for implementation using Microsoft Sure Step Methodology.
• Act as the liaison between the business users and the IT implementation core team.
• Test the functionality developed by the implementation team against the business requirements.
•Participate in client functional and technical workshops, to analyse and design Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Operations technical solutions.
• 3 - 16 years of overall professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365/AX Functional.
•Should have minimum 2-3 implementations on D365 Finance and operations for a Global organization.
• 3-16 Years in AX 2012, Dynamics Finance & Operations (D365FO)
• Collaborate on the creation of application requirements and fit/gap analysis
• Write technical specifications and collaborate with the functional team to ensure functional and technical requirements are understood and well defined.
• Develop ‘proof of concept’ solutions where required.
• Management of multiple cloud instances of Dynamics including initial deployment, code releases and database copies, ensuring clear communication to stakeholders.
• Code release management, ensuring successful build and deployment to relevant environments with appropriate release notes.
• Solve technical issues encountered, raising to Microsoft support as required.
• Experience of Microsoft Common Data Service and the Microsoft Power Platform would be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional solution design.
• Experience with setup, configuration, implementation, integration and testing of AX / D365 F&O solutions using best practices implementation methodology and/or Microsoft Sure Step methodology.
• Excellent understanding ERP Business Processes, industry vertical knowledge.
• Experience in design and creating test scenarios, functional test cases and User acceptance testing.
• Coordinating with the Technical Team for development / customization
• Certified on Dynamics AX / D365FO at desired levels.
•Excellent communication and good customer approach.
•Experience in implementation of one D365 F&O project is must
•Experience in following required- General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets Cash & Bank management, Expense Management, Collections, Procurement & Sourcing, Project Accounting & Management. Electronics Document configuration
• Microsoft Certification in any F&O Functional area will be added advantage.
• Full end to end life cycle Dynamics AX projects with emphasis on the finance/Production/Trade & Logistics modules etc.
• Ensuring project scope and responsibilities are clearly articulated to enable effective management of client expectations and project change control.
•Identifying opportunities to deliver additional solutions within the existing client base.
• Provide training to business users on implemented module
Requirements & Skills:
•Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics Axapta functional resource with 6+ years of experience across the modules
•Demonstrated ability to deliver ERP implementation projects to a structured project and software development methodology in a consulting environment.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver training and consulting in Dynamics Axapta
• Excellent communications skills with both technical and non-technical people.
•High energy, self-motivation and integrity
• Good at people management and should have 4+ years of experience working as a functional lead and handling a team.
